Our consultation and service fee is designed very systematically and step wise. Therefore kindly note that if you plan to close or hold your process due to any of the below mentioned reasons refund will not be possible.
- Client is unable to provide the required documents requested by his/her case manager
- Client is unable to score the required bands in IELTS already informed by the immigration consultant prior signing in.
- Client has some personal reasons like insufficient funds for filing, moving to another country, family issues etc.
AP Immigration will certainly not be under any kind of conditions of issuing refunds for the early contract cancellation by the candidates on their own wish.
Refund Policy for Installment plan
Registration amount is completely non-refundable.
If you clear or act on any step then the fee taken by AP Immigration Pvt. Ltd. for that particular stage would no longer be entitled for refund.
Refund Policy for one-shot payment plan
In case of rejection at documents verification stage, 50% of Consultation fee is refundable after 60 working days.
case of rejection at Visa processing stage, 25% of Consultation fee is refundable after 60 working days.
Defaulting on your payment plan
Any failure to adhere to the agreed payment plan will result in the outstanding balance becoming payable immediately. An interest charge of 24% per annum will be incurred on the outstanding balance and an additional late payment fee on per day basis. (All associated costs will be in addition to the outstanding balance owed)
